Live Arrival Guarantee & Refund Policy
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:
Any issues with dead-on-arrival (DOA) livestock must be reported within 3 hours of delivery.
Clear photo proof of the deceased fish or shrimp must be sent via email to [your email address] within this 3-hour window.
Photo(s) must clearly show the DOA livestock in the original, unopened bag if possible.
No refunds or replacements will be issued without photo proof or if reported outside of the 3-hour window.
Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be in the form of store credit or a monetary refund (excluding shipping costs).
We are not responsible for DOA due to:
Shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.
Failure to receive the shipment upon delivery attempt.
Water parameters or conditions in your aquarium.
