1. Business Overview
Tommy's Aquatics specializes in the online sale of live aquarium fish and shrimp. We take great care in packaging and shipping our livestock to ensure they arrive healthy and in good condition.

2. Live Arrival Guarantee & Refund Policy
We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee under the following conditions:

Any issues with dead-on-arrival (DOA) livestock must be reported within 3 hours of delivery.

Clear photo proof of the deceased fish or shrimp must be sent via email to tommysaquaticsaus@gmail.com within this 3-hour window.

Photo(s) must clearly show the DOA livestock in the original, unopened bag if possible.

No refunds or replacements will be issued without photo proof or if reported outside of the 3-hour window.

Refunds will be issued at our discretion and may be in the form of store credit or a monetary refund (excluding shipping costs).

We are not responsible for DOA due to:

Shipping delays caused by the carrier.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the customer.

Failure to receive the shipment upon delivery attempt.

Water parameters or conditions in your aquarium.

3. Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipping only. Once your order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.

4. Shipping
We ship only to addresses within Australia. All livestock is shipped using appropriate methods to ensure safe delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the time of delivery. Delays in unboxing can affect the health of the animals and void the Live Arrival Guarantee.

5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must research the care requirements and compatibility of fish and shrimp before purchase.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a suitable aquarium environment and acclimate livestock properly upon arrival.

6. Limitation of Liability
Tommy's Aquatics shall not be held liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use or misuse of any products purchased from our website.

7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.
